Paul’s Daily Half-Dozen Fun Questions for Your Perusal and Pleasure (August 12, 2018)

Hello, flesh eaters!  Some choice literary kill for you!  Oh for the sake of the gods can’t you wait until I actually shovel it to you?

Sigh.

I guess I should know by now that patience and temperance are out of the question with you flesh eaters, bless your dark, twisted, toothy souls.   I’ll stand back now.

Have you ever been in a car accident?

What is one way you’ve changed yourself for the better in your life?

Are you a night owl or a morning dove?

Do you like the sound of bells?

Is it true that “All things are fair in love and war”?

When was the last time you spoke with a close family member who you do not live with?  What did you talk about?

  1. Have you ever been in a car accident? – A long time ago, when i was 10 or so. No one got hurt though 😀

What is one way you’ve changed yourself for the better in your life? – Not clinging to my anger, jealousy, sadness or any unpleasant emotion.

Are you a night owl or a morning dove? I’m always a night owl, but in a small period of my life i woke up really easily early and it was pretty neat 😀

Do you like the sound of bells? – Yes i do, they remind me of medieval Christian times. Jingle bells remind me of Santa 😀

Is it true that “All things are fair in love and war”? – I’ve never got behind the meaning of that phrase. War isn’t fair and love can be tough.

When was the last time you spoke with a close family member who you do not live with? What did you talk about? – The last time i talked to my dad was a week ago, and we were talking about how one of my dogs, Harley, loves rubbing her back on the grass 😀

  2. Have you ever been in a car accident? Yes. January 31, 1988. Almost died. I have the scars to prove it.

What is one way you’ve changed yourself for the better in your life? About 10 years ago I started to do things to make myself happy. I guess it was sort of a mid-life crisis, though it was a crisis for the better. I did some things that were impractical, expensive, and even a little dangerous. Just because I wanted to. And it was good.

Are you a night owl or a morning dove? Morning.

Do you like the sound of bells? I am indifferent.
Is it true that “All things are fair in love and war”? Life isn’t fair. This applies to love and war. ‘Cause they’re part of life.

When was the last time you spoke with a close family member who you do not live with? What did you talk about? Do e-mails count? Last week one of my sisters and I exchanged e-mails. It was on the subject of my parents. Speaking of my parents, their 58th wedding anniversary is next week. Yay Mom and Dad!
