Paul’s Daily Half-Dozen for August 29, 2018

Which of the wild cats do you like the best?

What are the best and worst things your government does?  And which government is that?

Do you feel you could make a significant difference by taking personal measures to conserve water during a drought?

How often do you try a new restaurant, and if and when you do, do you tend to order some dish you’ve never had before if one is available?

If you were offered $100,000 to murder a man you knew for certain was a child molester, would you accept the offer — assuming you’d be taking the normal risks of getting caught for it, or of botching the job?

Do you tend to forget slights and offenses that seem unlikely to be repeated?

  1. Which of the wild cats do you like the best? ~~ housecats don’t count? Oh… panthers I guess. But I wish I could pick housecats because they’re funny.

What are the best and worst things your government does? And which government is that? ~~ I don’t know, I’m in denial about everything politics related. I’m not even sure what country this is.

Do you feel you could make a significant difference by taking personal measures to conserve water during a drought? ~~ I’m pretty fixated on being minimalist and low-waste, so I couldn’t do much more than I do now. But I could still make a little bit of a difference.

How often do you try a new restaurant, and if and when you do, do you tend to order some dish you’ve never had before if one is available? ~~ I guess I don’t try new restaurants that often, but I order different food almost every time.

If you were offered $100,000 to murder a man you knew for certain was a child molester, would you accept the offer — assuming you’d be taking the normal risks of getting caught for it, or of botching the job? ~~ I don’t need that drama in my life.

Do you tend to forget slights and offenses that seem unlikely to be repeated? ~~ yes
