Paul’s Daily Three for September 27, 2018

If you were offered free private singing lessons, would you take them?

When it’s hard to sleep, what most helps you sleep?

If you were traveling for the first time to a new land, would you prefer to travel in a guided group or to travel alone?

  1. Yes- the key word for me is “private.”
Mantra meditation works for me- it gives my mind something to focus on in the present, so I’m not reliving the past or fretting about the future.
    Alone, with a map.

  2. I would take the singing lessons, I often just imagine things making up a up huge scene in my head then eventually drift off to sleep, & a guided group would probably be a lil more clutch.

    1. That’s an interesting sleep technique. I myself sometimes try to build a city in my head. Unfortunately, that sometimes backfires. Instead of putting me to sleep, I become excited.

Maybe. I can keep a tune. But my lung function is not so crash hot now. Mum had a fabulous voice and would have loved nothing more than to have voice lessons. Alas it was not possible.

Meditation, essential oils, getting up for a while – sometimes the full moon just gets in the way of everything

    With a friend

  4. If you were offered free private singing lessons, would you take them? – yep

When it’s hard to sleep, what most helps you sleep? – This rarely happens. Usually I just give up and start reading.

If you were traveling for the first time to a new land, would you prefer to travel in a guided group or to travel alone? – If those are my only choices, I guess alone. I’d really rather be with a friend or two though!
